How do I return goods?

  • You have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, unless: 
  • If your goods are split into several deliveries over different days. In this case you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery.
  • Or if your goods are for regular delivery over a set period.  In this case you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the first delivery of the goods.

If the goods are no longer required, you have up to 14 working days to return stocked product. You can request a return by clicking one of the options below and we will be back to you within 1 working day with details of how to proceed. It's as easy as that!

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on custom products. Please ensure you double check all the details of your order and are happy everything is correct before placing it.

Custom products are any product that is manufactured to your specification; so any product where you have configured from a number of options.

All deliveries must be checked for damages and signed for on receipt. If damages are not noted at the time of delivery, we will be unable to process any later claims.

How to tell us about problems. If you have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact us in the first instance. However, If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products you must either return them in person to where you bought them, post them back to us or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the costs of postage or collection.

Due to the highly automated nature of our order and manufacturing system, we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they have been placed. Your statutory rights are unaffected. In some instances restocking fees may be applied.
